As a Sales Lead‑in‑training, you’ll help manage store operations, train and coach staff, and strive to meet personal and store sales goals.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability by enforcing policies.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.
• Operate store in management's absence and supervise daily tasks.
