Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a Sales Team Lead to drive direct sales in the Sahuarita, AZ area. You will mentor agents, train new hires, and lead outreach to business owners and decision-makers across industries to promote health, life, and supplemental insurance products.

The role combines leadership with hands-on sales, offering classroom and field training, a performance-focused culture, and schedule control based on results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.
• Active Drivers License and reliable transportation required.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain) with study course provided and licensing fees reimbursed.
