Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal in Pittsburgh is hiring an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager to lead our clinic team. You will engage clients one-on-one to deliver expert consultations, craft personalized dream packages, and collaborate on financing options to make services accessible.

Together with clinic leadership, you will drive sales KPIs, streamline admin processes, and maintain a world-class client experience. The role also covers leading the team during the manager’s absence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Experience in a commission-driven and/or sales environment preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients one-on-one to deliver consultations and craft personalized packages.
