Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is hiring an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager for our Dayton, OH clinic. You will engage with clients to tailor dream packages, explore financing options, and work with leadership to meet KPIs while ensuring a world-class client experience.

You will also oversee daily operations in the clinic manager's absence, maintaining high service standards and supervising the team to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed.
• Experience in a commission-driven and/or sales environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all sales KPIs within the clinic by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Conduct thorough consultations with new clients to understand their needs and guide them to suitable packages.
• Collaborate with team to drive sales through tailored recommendations and add-on services.
• Lead day-to-day operations in the absence of the clinic manager to ensure high standards of customer service.
