Milan Laser Hair Removal in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a part-time Sales Receptionist to join our growing team. You will greet clients, schedule appointments, and support medical staff while helping drive monthly sales goals.

This role requires strong communication, a high school diploma, and the ability to work weekends or evenings. Prior admin or sales experience and a passion for aesthetics are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Administrative and/or sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Ability to use a computer and sales software.
• Ability to display a passion for the aesthetics industry.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed by the business.

Responsabilités

• Actively engage with clients to promote collaboration and drive sales growth.
• Enhance each client's experience by establishing a personal connection and ensuring satisfaction.
• Cultivate lasting relationships and a welcoming environment that encourages ongoing engagement.
• Initiate conversations about upsell opportunities and gather client feedback.
• Answer incoming calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain client records.
• Assist with cleaning and preparation of treatment rooms as needed.
• Complete clinic operational tasks on time.
