You’ll work with clinic leadership to hit sales KPIs, oversee daily operations in the manager’s absence, and ensure a world-class client experience for every visitor.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of one year in a commission-based or sales role.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle confidential information and operate a computer with sales software.

Responsibilities

Achieve all clinic sales KPIs by delivering an exceptional client experience.
Conduct personalized consultations to assess client needs and tailor packages.
Collaborate with team to drive sales through add-ons and recommendations.
Schedule, confirm appointments, maintain client records, and process payments.
Lead the team in the manager's absence to maintain high service standards.
