Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional consultation experiences. You will understand client needs, craft personalized dream packages, and discuss financing options to broaden service accessibility.

You will partner with clinic leadership to achieve sales KPIs and streamline administrative processes, ensuring a world-class client experience. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of any work experience is required.
• Experience in a commission-driven sales environment is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
• Ability to work independently is required.
• Teamwork is essential.
