Qualifications

• On-site in Giltner, Nebraska with full-time schedule.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for business.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and team follow-ups.
• Experience entering data into computer systems and using CRM.
• Ability to learn and follow company sales, quoting, and order processes.
• Independent work capability after training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotes, proposals, product information, and sales documents using templates and approved pricing.
• Enter and manage customer, lead, quote, and order information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with production, parts, service, shipping, accounting, marketing, and other departments.
• Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups; monitor open quotes and orders.
• Communicate clearly to customers about delays, changes, and updates.
• Provide onboarding and training support for new sales team members.
