JDE Peet’s is seeking a Sales Systems Analyst to transform sales data into actionable insights that drive performance across the Sales organization. You will analyze data from multiple sales systems, develop reporting solutions and enable business users to leverage data effectively for improved execution.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–4 years in sales analytics or BI, with advanced Excel and experience in Power BI/Tableau.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, commercial excellence, reporting, or similar analytical role.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with large datasets.
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense or similar).
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Understanding of sales processes, KPIs, customer segmentation, and performance management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide data-driven insights that support commercial decision-making and sales performance improvement across the Sales organization.
• Analyze sales, distribution, execution and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, risks and areas requiring corrective actions.
• Partner with Sales stakeholders to deliver meaningful analyses and business recommendations.
• Design, develop and maintain reporting solutions, dashboards and analytical tools for performance monitoring.
• Lead and support customer targeting, segmentation and sales incentive data availability and accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting standards, data structures and analytical processes.
• Ensure high levels of data quality, consistency and reliability across all sales reporting platforms.
• Enable business users to leverage data independently through reporting solutions and knowledge sharing.
• Act as subject matter expert in sales data and systems, providing analytical guidance to commercial teams.
