You will lead strategic systems, planning, and vendor governance, partnering with Finance, IT, Security, and Sales leadership to deliver scalable operational solutions and drive business performance. This role emphasizes AI-powered tools, end-to-end project management, and the creation of real-time dashboards for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations or similar.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in analytics, reporting, and BI tools.
• AI systems adoption or experience preferred; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of sales systems and planning initiatives.
• Lead vendor negotiations and contract management for platforms.
• Develop executive dashboards and provide spend/portfolio health insights.
• Build and maintain a technology roadmap aligning tools with business goals.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered tools across sales operations.
