Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. in the CE eCommerce hub seeks a Sr. Manager of Financial Planning & Operations to lead forecasting, budgeting, and analytics across TV, Audio, Monitor, and DA categories.

You will partner with Category Management, PSI/BOPIS, and Marketing to ensure disciplined, transparent P&L management. You will own SKU-level revenue forecasts, run weekly KPI dashboards in Tableau, apply AI and ML methods, and drive improvements in inventory planning and promotional analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, CS or related STEM field.
• 10-12 years in financial planning, analytics, or related quantitative field.
• Strong expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and financial modeling for eCommerce/retail.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and advanced data analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Own SKU-level revenue forecasts and monthly financial plans across CE BUs.
• Lead CPFR calls with PSI and BOPIS teams for demand signaling.
• Develop Plans for revenue, SD, and profit %; update with promos and channel shifts.
• Build KPI dashboards and provide executive summaries for reviews.
• Model financial impact of Expansion channel launches on revenue mix.
