Job summary

D.R. Horton is seeking a Sales System Administrator to ensure data integrity between JD Edwards and DHI Sales software in the Sales & Marketing Department.

The role focuses on accurate transfer of sales contract information and attaching related documents within DHI Sales to support closing processes. The candidate will work with Sales Managers and the Support Team, troubleshoot software issues, and help create written processes for the Sales department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two to three years of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions or DRH applications.

Responsibilities

• Verify sales contract data accuracy before it transfers to JD Edwards.
• Attach lot, plans, and options within DHI Sales.
• Address audit findings before closing the sale.
• Attach disclosures, feature sheets, floorplans and government builder documents.
• Set up projects, mortgage information, and related data in DHI Sales.
