D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Sales System Administrator to ensure accurate contract data flows into JD Edwards and to manage documents within DHI Sales. The role supports Sales Managers and front-line staff by maintaining project and mortgage information in the company systems.

Ideal candidates will have GED, 2–3 years of related experience, and strong MS Office and DRH application skills. The position emphasizes accuracy, multi-tasking, and a professional customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form or via DRH applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sales contract information is accurate prior to flowing into JD Edwards.
• Attach lot, plans, and options within DHI Sales software.
• Ensure sales contract audit findings are addressed prior to closing.
• Attach disclosures, feature sheets, floorplans, notices and government builder documents in DHI Sales.
• Set up projects, mortgage information, and other project data in DHI Sales.
