Job summary

You will oversee workflows, deliver targeted training on Salesforce and internal tools, and coach peers to raise service quality and reduce handle time. This is a hands-on leadership position within a premier insurer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ASC, client service, or related operational experience.
• Experience mentoring or training peers preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and advisor support tools.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage workflows and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Operational oversight of advisor inquiries and internal requests.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for Salesforce and tools.
• Drive execution of key projects and process improvements.
• Coordinate team priorities and manage coverage.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development as backup to ASC Manager.
