The Hartford is seeking entry-level Advisor Support Consultants in Wayne, PA to learn Hartford Funds mutual funds and ETFs and to obtain securities licenses. You will support financial advisors, prepare illustrations, and assist in the training and development of new employees.
As you progress, you may make outbound calls to financial advisors about new products and marketing ideas, while continuing to support the sales team and maintain strong client service.

Harford Funds is seeking entry level Advisor Support Consultants in its Wayne, PA location. This position will give selected individuals the exciting opportunity to learn our Mutual Fund and ETF businesses and obtain securities licenses. Advisor Support Consultants will work with financial advisors, advisor consultants, and internal sales professionals to further their knowledge of the financial services industry. If you are smart and eager to learn, then you will develop the skills and expertise needed to thrive at Hartford Funds. Our robust and ongoing training program provides the resources and tools that new hires need to be successful.
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
The annualized base pay range for this role is: $55,000 - $55,000
