• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality handling of advisor inquiries.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for team members.
• Drive execution of key projects and process improvements.
• Align team priorities and manage internal resources.
• Act as a backup to the ASC Manager and support development.
