UNRL in Saint Paul is seeking a Sales Support professional to join our Team Sales channel, serving dealers, schools, clubs, and organizations. You will facilitate day-to-day operations, handle quotes, order entry, and customer inquiries, and ensure smooth communication between Sales, Fulfillment, and key accounts.

The role demands strong organization, urgency, attention to pricing and timelines, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting while collaborating across Sales,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant field (or equivalent sales support experience).
• 1+ years of experience in sales support, account management or customer service.
• Knowledge of golf industry and exposure to golf retail/events preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customer-first demeanor.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day sales support for Team accounts, handling quotes, order support, and inquiries.
• Assist Team Sales Reps with data entry, quote and order entry, and records maintenance.
• Manage order lifecycle from quote to delivery, coordinating with Operations and Production.
• Provide product knowledge across UNRL line to guide customer solutions.
• Support UNRL customer experiences at events and displays.
• Analyze customer data for patterns, status, and opportunities to grow accounts.
• Stay current on team sports trends to better support customers and sales efforts.
• Advise Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations with Voice of Customer feedback.
• Nurture customer relationships to ensure long-term account health and engagement.
• Assist in developing sales presentations, proposals, catalogs, and promotional material.
