Job summary

This full-time onsite role in Minnesota requires 0-2 years of experience, a high school diploma (Associate's or Bachelor's a plus), and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and contracts.
• Support sales reps with scheduling and follow-up tasks.
• Maintain and update CRM records.
• Assist with sales reporting and data entry.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve order issues.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
