Job summary

RealREPP is partnering with a growing building services organization to hire a Sales Support Specialist. This role collaborates with outside sales to craft accurate, cost-effective proposals for repair work and maintains strong vendor and internal data integrity.

Responsibilities include drafting quotes, coordinating EWAs, and supporting dispatchers with job setup, while ensuring high levels of customer service and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PDF apps.
• Strong data entry with high accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with outside sales to produce timely quotes and complete proposal submissions.
• Develop competitive, accurate estimates and proposals with input from internal teams.
• Maintain current work requests using Excel and ensure accurate file management.
• Upload and maintain information on SharePoint for team visibility.
• Assign EWAs to Account Managers; gather vendor cost information; obtain approvals; and send completed quotes to customers.
• Assist Account Managers with job setup and dispatch communications.
• Provide general administrative support to Account Managers and Sales Support team.
• Make decisions within guidelines; escalate when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and strong customer service throughout all support activities.
• Perform additional sales support duties as assigned.
