Job summary

Onshore, based in New York City, seeks a Sales Support specialist to maintain Salesforce data, support the Sales team, and nurture client relationships. The role requires 1-4 years in sales support or related fields and a bachelor’s degree. In-office attendance is Monday–Friday in NYC.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Proficiency with Salesforce, MS Office, Outlook, and DocuSign is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, sales operations, business operations, or a similar role.
• 1+ years of client-facing experience with ability to engage with clients and prospects to deliver exceptional service.
• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred).
• Excellent organization skills with multitasking and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Keep Salesforce records, client databases, and sales reports up-to-date with data accuracy for decision-making.
• Provide daily support to the Sales team; manage meeting schedules, calendars, and create sales materials.
• Nurture leads by following up with potential clients via phone, email, and CRM tools to maintain momentum.
• Assist in preparing proposals, client presentations, and sales collateral to showcase Onshore’s value.
• Monitor sales metrics and generate performance reports; assist forecasting for leadership.
• Collaborate across the organization to improve processes, tools, and workflows.
