Stored Energy Systems (SENS) in Longmont, CO is seeking a Sales Support Representative to assist the sales team with quotes, orders, and customer inquiries. You will review requests, prepare quotations for standard products, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure fast, accurate service.

This full-time hourly role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales support or similar customer-facing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Experience with CRM and ERP/CPQ systems.
• HubSpot CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for standard SENS products.
• Review purchase orders against quotations for pricing, quantities, configuration, and shipping.
• Enter and process orders accurately while meeting Order Management requirements.
• Maintain documentation and customer information throughout the quote-to-order process.
• Coordinate with Inside and Outside Sales to move opportunities from inquiry to order.
• Communicate issues, delays, or customer needs that could impact an opportunity.

The Sales Support Representative plays an important role in the success of the SENS sales organization. This position works closely with Inside and Outside Sales to support customers throughout the quoting and ordering process while helping ensure speed, accuracy, and a high level of customer service.

You will be responsible for reviewing customer requests, preparing quotes for standard products, processing purchase orders, communicating order information, and coordinating with teams across SENS to resolve customer needs.

This is an ideal role for someone who is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused and who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment. Success in this position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities while taking ownership of customer requests and following them through to resolution.

Responsibilities

Manage Quotes & Purchase Orders

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for standard SENS products.
• Review customer purchase orders against approved quotations for pricing, quantities, product configuration, shipping requirements, and other key details.
• Identify discrepancies and work with customers or the sales team to resolve them before order entry.
• Enter and process orders accurately while meeting SENS Order Management requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer information throughout the quote-to-order process.

Partner with the Sales Team

• Work closely with Inside Sales and Outside Sales to help move opportunities from customer inquiry through order.
• Provide sales representatives with the information and coordination needed to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Help maintain accurate opportunity, quote, and customer information in HubSpot and SENS systems.
• Proactively communicate issues, delays, or customer needs that could impact an opportunity or order.

Improve How We Work

• Partner with Sales Operations and other cross-functional teams to improve quoting, order processing, CRM, and customer-facing processes.
• Identify opportunities to make SENS easier to do business with.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within HubSpot, CPQ, and other sales systems.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales support, inside sales, customer service, order management, or a similar customer-facing business environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Ability and willingness to develop technical product knowledge.
• Experience working with a CRM.
• Experience working with ERP, CPQ, or order-management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HubSpot CRM platform.
• Experience supporting a manufacturing, industrial, electrical, or technical sales organization.
• Experience preparing quotations and processing customer purchase orders.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment, electrical products, or technical products.

Location:Longmont, CO

Base Compensation: $23 - $30 is the projected hourly wage for this role and will be determined on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience.

Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
