You will collaborate with sales, engineering, operations, and product management to remove bottlenecks, standardize practices, and implement scalable tools while building a high-performing, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 1+ year of experience managing a team.
• Experience improving operational processes and reducing cycle times.
• Experience working in a sales organization in a customer-facing capacity.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings, trade shows, and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of application engineers that delivers technical solutions to customers.
• Own and continuously improve the end-to-end customer quoting and application engineering workflow.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead initiatives to reduce quote cycle time while maintaining accuracy.
• Develop standardized processes, templates, and engineering tools to improve consistency and scalability.
• Drive technologies and solutions by understanding markets to meet future needs and maintain competitiveness.
• Champion lean, continuous improvement, and automation across the department.
