Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. in Liverpool, PA is seeking a Sales Support Representative to assist the Sales Manager and Zone Representatives with daily Marketing and Sales activities.

You will handle overflow calls, process customer orders and changes when needed, and compile information for quarterly reports. Maintain home photos and dealer materials, support travel and meetings, and back up other sales coordinators as required. This role rewards organization and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required, and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales support and customer service experience is a plus.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous experience in manufactured/modular housing desired.

Responsibilities

• Answer overflow calls for Zone Managers as necessary.
• When Salesmen are not available, take customer orders and/or change orders as needed.
• Compile information on the Marketing and Sales Department for the quarterly reports.
• Keep photographs of homes and new options updated, as well as the Champion websites.
• Handle all drafts, faxes, and mails for the department.
• Demonstrates products and answers questions concerning price, credit terms, and durability.
• Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Division Sales Director, Sales Manager, and Sales staff.
• Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on internal and external meetings.
