Champion Home Builders, Inc. in Liverpool, PA is seeking a Sales Support Representative to assist the Sales Manager and Zone Representatives in daily operations of Marketing and Sales Programs.

The role includes handling overflow calls, processing orders, maintaining home photos and dealer information, and providing administrative support to the Division Sales Director and team. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Sales Manager and Zone Representatives in daily operations or activities involving the Marketing and Sales Programs.
• Take customer orders and/or change orders as needed when Salesmen are not available.
• Compile information on the Marketing and Sales Department for the quarterly reports.
• Maintain photographs of homes and new options updated on the Champion websites.
• Handle all department correspondence and material sent to retailers.
• Check accounts receivable for past-due monies and report problems to the Sales Manager.
• Demonstrate products and outline salable features to customers.
• Provide administrative support to the Division Sales Director, Sales Manager, and Sales staff; back-up for other coordinators as needed.
• Maintain staff itineraries and coordinate travel arrangements when needed.
• Organize training classes and meetings, including room setup and refreshments.
• Handle incoming calls professionally and route to appropriate personnel.
• Schedule and follow up on internal and external meetings.
• Process travel expenses and invoices; maintain filing systems and confidential data.
