Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily interaction with management and sales via email, phone, and in-person.
• Maintain positive customer relations; coordinate to handle customer requests promptly.
• Responsible for providing support options and resolution to customers.
• Enter Education customer purchase orders into SAP.
• Communicate official positioning on company issues and balance company and customer needs.
