Qualifications

• Five or more years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Regional Sales Managers to understand sales plans and customers, to proactively support.
• Own customer relationships for purchase order review, order status, and production schedules.
• Create and maintain open order reports and document changes in ERP system.
• Respond to customer inquiries the same business day via phone and email.
• Gather order updates and revised PO approvals to meet key customer needs.
• Serve as an independent decision-maker with customers at the center of changes.
