Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is hiring a Sales Support Representative to assist the sales team with client interactions, order processing, and documentation.

You will maintain CRM data, prepare accurate sales materials, and collaborate across departments to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. Qualifications include 2–3 years in sales support or customer service, proficiency in CRM and MS Office, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Salesforce advantageous).
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with written and verbal proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as main liaison for client inquiries, ensuring prompt communication.
• Support preparation and distribution of sales documents and proposals to standards.
• Process sales orders and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery.
• Maintain customer databases with data integrity for insights.
• Analyze sales data to provide actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Address and resolve client issues to uphold satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in sales operations.
• Travel regionally to support client interactions and sales initiatives.
