AMI Metals, Inc. is a supplier of aircraft-quality raw material products to the aerospace industry. This role supports the sales department with administrative tasks, maintaining customer profiles and processing orders, in a sedentary office environment.

You will assist Sales Reps, respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and ensure timely communication. The position requires a high school diploma, bilingual English+, and strong data handling and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual English+ required; able to read/interpret procedures and write business communications.
• Customer service and administrative support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintains customer profile for the assigned region
• Provide Best-In-Class customer service in accordance with the policy and objectives of AMI Metals
• Process customer orders
• Assist Sales Reps in maintaining A/R integrity
• Timely responsiveness to action related e-mails
• Participates in departmental and/or other company meetings
• Daily Functions
• Prepares quotes, contracts and RFP/RFI responses for potential customers
• Maintain all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
• Working Open Order Report and releasing orders to the floor. Working cut plans on orders to release to the floor
• Cover Sales Reps desk when reps are traveling
• Working with production to get orders out the door
• Other duties may be assigned.
