Responsibilities

• Update and maintain customer profiles for the assigned region.
• Provide responsive customer service and assist sales in quoting.
• Enter orders, process requests, and manage documentation.
• Assist with accounts receivable activities and credit forms.
• Prepare quotes, contracts, and RFP/RFI responses.
