Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Sales Support Representative to assist the Vice President of Sales and the Sales team with administrative, operational, and customer support. The role bridges customers and internal departments, ensuring timely issue resolution and accurate sales processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the VP of Sales and Sales Representatives.
• Serve as a primary liaison between the Sales Team and customers to address requests, inquiries, and issues.
• Facilitate communication between Sales Team and internal departments (Operations, Quality, Graphics, Customer Service, Engineering, Finance).
• Assist with new customer account setup and product item number creation.
• Process price changes and credit documentation; maintain customer records and sales docs.
• Support pricing audits with required data and documentation; ensure compliance within territories.
• Manage customer complaint processes, investigations, RC/CA responses, and requests for information.
• Investigate short-payments and AR issues; assist with RFQ preparation and drop trailer agreements.
• Attend Sales/Sales Support meetings and participate in special projects.
