Job summary

Medisca Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Representative to assist the sales team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role involves handling calls and emails from customers while completing a range of administrative tasks.

The position requires a mix of sales and administrative duties, with emphasis on accurate order processing, timely communication, and improved customer satisfaction. Monday–Friday hours apply, based in our US location.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in call center or sales support
• 3–5 years customer service experience
• Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Ability to upsell products and services
• Fluent in French and English (oral & written)

Responsibilities

• Handle 50% inbound sales and 50% admin/data-entry tasks
• Provide product/service/policy information to customers
• Process orders and assist with troubleshooting orders/account statuses
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
• Keep updated on product features and industry trends
• Record and report customer feedback and issues
