Start your next chapter with Sonoran Plumbing Supply Company, LLC! As our full-time Inside Sales Quotations Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, ensuring every sale runs smoothly from initial quote to final payment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

In this Inside Sales Quotations Specialist role, you guide each project from start to finish, processing sales orders, preparing bids, and organizing job information packages. You regularly interact with customers both in person and over the phone, offering solutions that close sales and strengthen relationships. You collaborate closely with the Sales Director and Financial Department to ensure accounts receivable are handled promptly, and you proactively communicate any customer changes that could impact credit. Your days are fueled by the satisfaction of meeting and surpassing monthly sales targets while supporting the continued success of our clients and team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 2+ years of industry experience
• Experience using an inventory management system (QuickBooks, Eclipse, Sage, etc.)
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• A comprehensive knowledge of plumbing supplies
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
• Ability to learn to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment safely

Preferred Qualifications:

• College degree or 5+ years of experience in the wholesale industry
• Experience with material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand dolly, etc.)
• Possess the drive to assist team members with other tasks when needed
• Determination and drive to prospect new customers
• Results-oriented and service-minded
• Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity, and professionalism
• Ability to learn quickly and multitask as well as organize and prioritize work

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE:

• Pay: $50,000-$65,000 per year
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM; shifts can start as early as 6 AM; we offer flexible scheduling and overtime opportunities
