Job summary

LHH US is recruiting a Sales Support Specialist for an on-site role in High Point, NC. This position acts as a liaison between customers, sales, logistics, and operations teams across global markets, handling communications, shipments, and order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in B2B customer service, with ERP and Ecommerce experience preferred, and a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and customer-centric approach. Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, shipments, and delivery status.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email while providing exceptional service.
• Support the sales team by managing customer accounts and ensuring timely communication throughout the order lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with customers, global partners, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate and monitor international shipments from origin through final delivery.
• Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and distribution centers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Partner with international teams to support customers across regions.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Support additional sales and administrative activities as needed.

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Specialist job in High Point, NC! This is a fully on-site, direct hire position. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, sales, logistics, and operations teams internationally, supporting the successful movement of products across global markets. The Sales Support Specialist will manage customer communications, coordinate international shipments, maintain shipping documentation, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the order fulfillment and delivery process with the customer. The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers and cross-functional teams around the world, and has experience supporting high end clientele. Experience within B2B customer service, ERP experience and have the ability to travel!

• Assist with process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Support additional sales and administrative activities as needed.
