The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales support or order management, strong communication, and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office. Competitive hourly pay and a Monday–Friday schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Sales Operations, Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or order management.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase order processing and manage order entry activities with internal stakeholders.
• Track order status and proactively communicate updates through fulfillment and delivery stages.
• Serve as the primary liaison for Customer Operations & Support (COS) activities related to sales transactions.
• Facilitate training registrations and scheduling for customers and internal teams.
• Create and coordinate service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with relevant teams.

Pay Range: $31 - $33/hr.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Our client, a leading organization in the industrial and manufacturing sector, is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Specialist to join their team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Sales Operations team supporting various internal departments.
