Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist in Novi, MI to support the Sales Operations team. The role focuses on PO processing, order entry, status tracking, and COS liaison activities to ensure smooth sales transactions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales support or order management, strong communication, and proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office, with a Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Operations, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or order management roles.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase order processing and manage order entry activities with internal stakeholders.
• Track order status and proactively communicate updates through fulfillment and delivery stages.
• Serve as the primary liaison for COS activities related to sales transactions.
• Facilitate training registrations and scheduling for customers and internal teams.
• Create and coordinate service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with relevant teams.
