ColSafety is seeking a Sales Support Specialist in Atlanta to process orders and manage customer communications, ensuring accurate and timely service through our safety equipment platform.

You will contribute to customer service improvements, identify growth opportunities, and assist in developing strategies with cross-functional teams, while supporting Senior Account Managers with actionable feedback.

Description

Sales Account Associate support our customers through the platform offering seamless safety equipment ordering and safety program management. Daily activities include order processing, customer communication, improving customer service, identifying opportunities for customer growth, and strategy development.

Requirements for success:

• Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with clients to ensure their needs are consistently met.
• Become an expert in GME Supply’s extensive product offering to provide informed assistance to clients.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Provide consistent and actionable feedback to Senior Account Managers to drive continuous improvement.
• Undertake additional duties as necessary to uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders.
