Job summary

ParsonsKellogg, headquartered in Rhode Island, is a top-50 distributor of promotional items nationwide. We seek a Sales Support Specialist to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time and to support our web sales division through proactive communication by phone, chat, and Teams.

You will work cross-functionally from order entry to delivery in a dynamic environment, thriving on new challenges as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for our web store customers via email and phone in a timely manner.
• Proactively review orders daily and communicate with customers on any issues that could arise, provide alternative solutions to meet their needs.
• Deliver an exceptional experience every time to every consumer who reaches out to us.
• Work with team members to ensure orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.
• Actively participate in projects to assist Merchandise team with delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

About the Role:

The Sales Support Specialist will play a key role in ensuring our customers get their orders delivered accurately and on time. In this role you will be expected to support our web sales division by quickly reacting to customer needs and providing proactive communication via phone, chat and Teams Calls. You will work cross functionally within ParsonsKellogg to ensure a seamless customer experience from order entry through delivery. • Ability to draw conclusions from data and drive action
