Pursuit is seeking a Sales Support professional to join a well-established, family-owned building materials company in Bethel, PA. This in-office role supports an Outside Sales Rep by handling calls, quotes, and project coordination to keep jobs moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in sales support or related admin roles, be personable, coachable, and team oriented, with a passion for customer service. Building materials experience is a plus.

I’m recruiting for a Sales Support professional to join a well-established, family-owned company in the building materials industry.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the customer service and relationship side of sales and wants to work closely with an Outside Sales Rep to support customers and keep projects moving.

What you’ll be doing:

• Answering customer calls and questions
• Preparing and entering quotes
• Supporting an Outside Sales Rep with day-to-day needs
• Providing strong customer service and keeping projects organized
• Reading blueprints and completing window takeoffs/material lists is a big plus
