Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. seeks a Sales Support Representative in Dayton, OH to assist Sales teams, quote customers, and coordinate deliveries. The role combines customer service, administrative duties and hands-on work in warehouse and yard, with a focus on fast, accurate responses.

Starting pay is $21/hour; schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in waterworks or a construction environment is a plus.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
• Must be comfortable performing physically demanding work.
• Ability to transition between warehouse, yard, counter, and administrative duties as needed.
• A college degree or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Responsibilities

Pay Range: - $18.71 - $29.92 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. - This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. - Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
