Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is hiring Sales Support Representatives who are ready to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up. Starting pay rate at $21 and may be higher based on experience.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. You will support customers with appropriate products and solutions, handle quotations and orders, coordinate deliveries, and respond to questions using CRM and phone systems.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in Waterworks or Construction is a plus.
• Must be comfortable performing physically demanding work.
• Ability to transition between warehouse, yard, counter, and administrative duties as needed.
• Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.

Responsibilities

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

Project management abilities to support sales initiative, coordinate timelines and ensure follow-up with the client preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.

Ability to react well in a fast‑paced environment & follow through on commitments.

Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.

Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

- Pay Range: - $18.71 - $31.41 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

- This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
