Ferguson is currently seeking an individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Support Representative.

This position can be located onsite at our Mills, WY or Billings, MT location

Hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (8 hour shift)

Responsibilities

• This position supports the Industrial customer group
• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely sourcing, quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls or emails for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• 1+ years of Industrial experience with pipes, vales & fittings or equivalent required
• Valid state issued license is required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships with customers is a plus.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay Range:

$18.71 - $29.92

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
