This position will provide administrative support to the VP of Sales, Regional Sales Directors, VP of Client Relations, Client Relations Directors, and Manager, Client Relations. The primary responsibilities of this position will be gathering the data and reports necessary to shop stop-loss quotes for self-funded medical plans and prepare stop-loss proposals for client renewals and prospective clients. This position also will review stop-loss contracts along with being responsible for client reporting.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School graduate
- Stop-loss experience for self-funded medical plans. TPA experience is a plus
- 2 years of related experience preferably in a TPA setting
- Excel proficiency, required
- Knowledge of LuminX claims processing and Cognos reporting system is a plus
- Knowledge of Sales Force, a plus
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Knowledge of stop-loss and self-funded medical plans
- Knowledge of stop-loss reporting
- Knowledge of employee benefits
- Must have extensive knowledge and proficient use of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc..)
- Must have an analytical mindset: ability to analyze stop-loss reporting, stop-loss proposals, etc.
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with others using spoken and written communication
- Ability to bring creative and innovative ideas to the team
- Ability to work with vendors to ensure that clients are set up and ready by effective dates
- Capable of taking care of customers’ needs while following company procedures
- Strong attention to details
- Must be able to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload to ensure deadlines are met
Essential Functions
- Gathers the reporting and data necessary to prepare a Request for Proposal (RFP) to send to underwriters for the stop-loss quoting of renewal business along with preparing the stop-loss proposals working closely together with the Client Relations Directors.
- Works with the Regional Sales Director team to put together the necessary data to send RFPs to underwriters to obtain stop-loss quotes and prepare stop-loss proposals for new business opportunities.
- Gathers information from sales team, service consultants, brokers, carriers and other appropriate vendors to complete proposals for new business and client renewals.
- Communicate with consultants, carriers, vendors, and preferred provider organizations (PPO) to ensure deadlines are met
- Review quotes sent by the carriers for accuracy
- Responsible for client reporting and working as a team to complete all monthly client reporting
- Prepares, reviews and distributes periodic reports to clients

This is largely a sedentary role. This role requires frequent use of computers and phone.

This job is a remote work-from-home position which requires a dedicated workspace with minimal distractions.
