Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a remote, sales-driven professional for a 6-month part-time contract. The role emphasizes proactive outreach to grow accounts, meet sales goals, and articulate KPIs, with skincare/esthetic experience preferred.

• Proven experience growing existing accounts and increasing revenue
• Able to speak to sales metrics, goals, quotas, or KPIs
• Experience re-engaging inactive or previous customers
• Comfortable making proactive outbound calls and email outreach
• Strong phone presence and ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Organized with CRM tracking, follow-up, and managing a book of accounts
• Skincare, aesthetics, beauty, or medical spa experience strongly preferred
• Estheticians can be considered, but they need strong, proven sales experience
• Must be fully committed to completing the 6-month contract and comfortable with a part-time schedule

Job description

Hours: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM EST

Pay: $20–$40/hour

Location: Remote
