Naples Soap Company is seeking a Retail Sales Associate at the Residences at Coconut Point in Florida to guide customers toward skincare solutions and provide an engaging, friendly shopping experience.

You will learn products, assist with merchandising, and help maintain a welcoming store environment while hitting sales goals and delivering personalized service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail, sales, customer service, or beauty industry experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage customers confidently.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Pass background screening.
• Must be 18+ years old.

• Experience with retail point-of-sale systems and cash handling.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
