Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

We are looking for a collaborative team member with a desire to serve our customers in a professional and friendly manner. This position is a key member of our organization providing daily dynamic support to our customers. The ideal candidate must possess high attention to detail, strong work ethic, and be capable of engaging in a fast-paced team environment.

Tessco Technologies is a leading North American value-added distributor of products and solutions for Wireless Networking, In-building signal coverage and cellular infrastructure applications. We are a fast-paced, aggressive company in an exciting, high-growth market that has shown consistent year-over-year revenue expansion. By partnering with our vendors and clients, we are able to position valued solutions for all of their wireless communications needs.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of customer relationships and attainment of Tessco goals by acting as the primary contact for daily customer support interactions
  • Process quotes and orders in an accurate and timely manner
  • Manage pre-sale and post-sale requests and follow-up communication with customers
  • Collaborate effectively with sales reps and cross-functional teams to successfully address customer needs
  • Prepare reports, provide account maintenance, and assist with projects as needed
  • Convert inquiries into orders while promoting Tessco’s value proposition in all customer correspondence
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience on each call or interaction
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products, solutions, and value-added services

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent documented experience and skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales account management support
  • Experience in wireless communications, technology, and infrastructure preferred
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM desired
  • Experience working with SAP ERP desired

  • Strong desire to collaborate in the support of customer's needs

  • Ability to work without direct supervision as a self-starter

Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000
