The role focuses on preparing and delivering quotes, reviewing requests for accurate scope, and following up to move opportunities forward. Growth potential exists into account management over time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, sales support or quoting (B2B)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional communication skills (email and phone)
• Ability to manage multiple quotes and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
• Experience in technical, industrial, construction, or service-based industries is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver service and equipment quotes for customers in a timely manner.
• Review incoming requests from sales reps and customers to ensure accurate scope and pricing.
• Follow up on open quotes to help move opportunities forward.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our sales and service teams through quoting, customer communication, and opportunity follow-up. This role is ideal for someone organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple quotes and customer requests in a fast-paced B2B environment.

This is a stable, growth-focused position with the opportunity to expand into account management or senior sales support over time.

Key Responsibilities
