Job summary

EOLA Power is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our sales and service teams through quoting, customer communication, and opportunity follow-up. This in-office role spans Orlando and Doral locations and requires 2+ years in a fast-paced B2B environment.

The position offers base salary with commission, a 401(k) with company match, health benefits, and paid time off. Growth potential includes expanding into account management over time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, sales support or quoting role (B2B preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional communication skills (email and phone).
• Ability to manage multiple quotes and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver service and equipment quotes for customers in a timely manner.
• Review incoming requests from sales reps and customers to ensure accurate scope and pricing.
• Follow up on open quotes to help move opportunities forward.
• Communicate with customers regarding pricing, timelines, and service options.
• Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and service teams to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain organized and detailed records in CRM and internal systems.
• Support outside sales team with customer follow-up and account support as needed.
