Job summary

EOLA Power, Florida’s leading independent provider of critical UPS service and maintenance, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support quotes, pricing, and customer communications in a fast-paced B2B environment.

The role emphasizes preparing service and equipment quotes, coordinating with sales, operations, and service teams, and maintaining accurate CRM records, with growth opportunities into account management over time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, sales support or quoting role (B2B preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional communication skills (email and phone).
• Ability to manage multiple quotes and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver service and equipment quotes for customers in a timely manner.
• Review incoming requests from sales reps and customers to ensure accurate scope and pricing.
• Follow up on open quotes to help move opportunities forward.
• Communicate with customers regarding pricing, timelines, and service options.
• Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and service teams to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain organized and detailed records in CRM and internal systems.
• Support outside sales team with customer follow-up and account support as needed.
