Job summary

Denali Advanced Integration, Inc. is seeking a role focused on supporting and managing customer quotes in a fast-paced environment.

You will validate requirements, determine margins for customers and OEMs, and process POs with accuracy, while collaborating with sales and operations to ensure timely, high-quality quotes. The position entails handling multiple high-priority projects, working within SLAs, and maintaining Denali values in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of administrative support or order processing experience.
• 1–3 years of sales or procurement-related experience.
• Licensing/certifications not required; Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Validate all requirements and create a quote.
• Determine margin profile related to customer and OEM on behalf of Denali.
• Receive PO from customer and validate accuracy.
• Validate if the current part number is accurate.
• Participate in weekly department and customer status meetings.
• Work within defined Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Conduct effective communication with Denali sales and operations personnel.
• Provide quality service to Denali's internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding Denali Values at all times.
• Work on multiple complex high-priority projects and provide timely support to deliver within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Work cross-functionally with Services Operations on non-standard quote requirements (i.e. bundling HW/SW quotes and Services pricing).
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to assist sales to win opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
