Job summary

Uniti Fiber seeks a Sales Support Analyst to act as the primary support partner for an assigned Regional VP of sales, reducing admin burden and improving responsiveness across quote support, billing, escalations, and internal coordination.

You will liaise between Sales and internal support teams to move requests forward, enhance the seller experience, and support overall sales productivity, including intercompany quote and order requests within Uniti's network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supporting sales teams, customer operations, order management, billing, or related functions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests and priorities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical thinking to identify root causes and suggest improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support partner aligned to an assigned Regional VP sales area.
• Reduce administrative, operational, and follow-up work for sellers.
• Improve responsiveness and visibility across quote support, billing issues, escalations, and internal coordination.
• Act as liaison between Sales and internal support teams to move requests forward.
• Serve as main contact for Uniti Solutions and Uniti Fiber intercompany quote and order requests.
• Monitor and manage intercompany quote and order requests; review for completeness.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Costing, and Pricing for evaluation and response.
• Support quote-to-order readiness by preparing handoff packages for Order Management.
